All reservations require a $50 - $100 refundable deposit. We will contact you to confirm that your preferred date / time is available. Rates start at $45/hour through May 2026. 

The hourly rate is for occupancy, which includes any decorating, cleaning, food or material storage, or any other time you and your guests spend on the premises. 

The Sunnyside Market of Dreams is 100% volunteer-run, so we appreciate your patience as we ensure the best accomodations for your event.
